FAQ: If You Receive An Email Saying Your Credit Card Could Not Be Authorized
If an authorization failed prior to an order submitting, here is what you should do.
For Domain Renewal Orders:
- Log in to your account.
- From your domain portfolio, select your name in the upper right corner of the screen, then select Billing & Renewal.
- Review your credit card information. If necessary, make changes by clicking Update Credit Card. When finished, click Save.
- If your scheduled auto-renewal date has not yet arrived, we will attempt to automatically re-authorize your card for the renewal payment and send an email confirming the outcome of this attempt. If you do not receive this email, please contact support@uniteddomains.com.
For New Domain Orders and Pre-Orders
Please update your billing information and contact us to confirm your updates. We can then confirm the status of your order.
